DOMESTIC ORDERS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Return Periods:

  • IN STOCK ITEMS* - STORE CREDIT: 48 hours from time of receiving product
  • MADE TO ORDER/SPECIAL ORDER/CUSTOM MADE ITEMS - STORE CREDIT: subject to approval

* new products must be in original, in new condition and must not have been installed

Return Fees and Shipping:

  • NEW PRODUCTS* - CORRECT ITEM & FUNCTIONAL: 20% restocking fee + shipping + return shipping + 5% transaction fee
  • NEW PRODUCTS - CORRECT ITEM & DAMAGED ITEM: refund/credit value subject to 3rd party shipping insurance claim. Credit applies towards replacement. Cancellation subject to 20% restocking fee + 5% transaction fee.
  • NEW PRODUCTS - INCORRECT ITEM (CUSTOMER ERROR): 20% restocking fee + shipping + return shipping + 5% transaction fee
  • NEW PRODUCTS - INCORRECT ITEM (Performance Speedshop LLC / VENDOR ERROR):  replacement
  • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: no returns
  • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS - DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEM (Performance Speedshop LLC / VENDOR ERROR):  replacement
  • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS - DAMAGED ITEM (Performance Speedshop LLC / VENDOR ERROR)refund/credit valuve subject to 3rd party shipping insurance claim. Credit applies towards replacement. Cancellation subject to 20% restocking fee + 5% transaction fee.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages

Please contact Performance Speedshop LLC same day of receiving a physically damaged item.
Standard return & exchange procedures will be applied including paid return shipping, as well as a full refund (replacement and store credit are also available).

Performance Speedshop LLC always purchase 3rd party shipping insurance. Acceptance of claims is subject only to 3rd party approval. Customers are expected to inspect item at time of delivery. ITEMS NOT REPORTED AS DAMANGED TO CARRIER NOT AT TIME OF DELIVERY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

Customers are responsible for their package once an item has been delivered.
Please ensure that the package is in a secured environment upon delivery.
You can also request signature delivery by contacting us.*
If you believe that your package has been lost, please check your tracking number as well as your local courier service.
If you are still unable to locate your item, please contact us for further assistance.

    • SPEICAL ORDER/CUSTOM MADE ITEMS - not cancellable
