DOMESTIC ORDERS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Return Periods:

  • NEW PRODUCTS* - STORE CREDIT: 14 days from date of purchase
  • SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - REFUND / STORE CREDIT: 14 days from date of purchase (for factory defects / order errors by Performance Speedshop LLC ONLY)
  • USED PRODUCTS - STORE CREDIT: 14 days from date of purchase (for factory defects / order errors by Performance Speedshop LLC ONLY)

* new products must be in original, in new condition and must not have been installed previously
 products that have been installed are classified as used

Return Fees and Shipping:

  • NEW PRODUCTS* - CORRECT ITEM & FUNCTIONAL: 20% restocking fee + return shipping
  • NEW PRODUCTS - CORRECT ITEM & DEFECTIVE: no fees + paid return shipping
  • NEW PRODUCTS - INCORRECT ITEM (CUSTOMER ERROR): 20% restocking fee + return shipping
  • NEW PRODUCTS - INCORRECT ITEM (Performance Speedshop LLC / VENDOR ERROR):  no fees + paid return shipping
  • SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEM (Performance Speedshop LLC / VENDOR ERROR):  no fees + paid return shipping
  • USED PRODUCTS - DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEM (Performance Speedshop LLC / VENDOR ERROR):  no fees + paid return shipping

Damaged Items and Lost Packages

Please contact Performance Speedshop LLC within 2 days of receiving a physically damaged item.
Standard return & exchange procedures will be applied including paid return shipping, as well as a full refund (replacement and store credit are also available).

Items reported as damaged past the 2 days period will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for their package once an item has been delivered.
Please ensure that the package is in a secured environment upon delivery.
You can also request signature delivery by contacting us.*
If you believe that your package has been lost, please check your tracking number as well as your local courier service.
If you are still unable to locate your item, please contact us for further assistance.

International orders may experience unforeseen extended delivery timeframes due to elevated customs and logistics workloads.
International customers are also responsible for all local customs and port fees.

  • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS (Manufacturing not yet started) - 5% transaction fees cannot be refunded.
